Birthday Haul (kind of.)

So instead of talking about everything I got on my YouTube channel because I feel like that's like bragging and because I didn't actually pay for my birthday gifts (obviously) I decided I would just write on here two of my favorite things that I got for my birthday that I think is worth you guys checking out and I may or may not elaborate in a video about in a video on my YouTube channel, if you guys want me to.
First is my Chanel Coco Mademoiselle perfume that my mom bought for me. I was beyond excited when I opened this gift and haven't been able to stop smelling myself when I wear it because I love the scent so much! I think this is going to be my signature scent for a very long time. When she asked if I would prefer the eau de parfum or the eau de toilette I asked for the eau de toilette simply because it's a lighter scent but still strong and I simply preferred the eau de toilette to the parfum. I think both are great, the only problem with the eau de toilette is that the parfum has a prettier bottle, but that's alright because really all that matters is the wonderful scent inside. I absolutely adore this scent and even if you already love your signature perfume I think you should go into Neiman Marcus or Macy's or even Ulta and smell this perfect scent and let me know what you think, because to me it is the best thing since high heels. :)
Next is my Palm Pre Plus. I used to have the enV2 and had it since December of 2008, but it was getting so old that it wouldn't even charge anymore regardless of the seven chargers I bought hoping that it was an issue with the charger. I really wanted to wait until this summer when the iPhone was scheduled to come over to Verizon to upgrade my phone but I'm afraid that if I had waited any longer I would be phoneless. The man who was helping me at Verizon also mentioned that the iPhone might not even come until fall and then I would really have a problem on my hands. If you follow me on Twitter you probably have seen me tweeting about my phone and I'm really enjoying it so far. My only complaint is that its apps are very very limited. I believe that the guy said it had 5000 apps, but none of them are very useful except for my Twitter app which I use pretty much 24/7. I love Twitter, if you don't follow me on Twitter already and you want to you can follow me here. However, I do really appreciate a few of the apps I've downloaded. Some of my favorite apps on the Palm are Locate-A-Rama, which because of the GPS location services on the phone if you type in some kind of business you're looking for (for example, Starbucks) it's a super easy way to see which is closest. Another app that is similar to Locate-A-Rama is called Where, which does the same thing but I like to use both. Obviously I love my Twitter app, and I found a great one that's free, it's called TweeFree. It has a very easy-to-use interface and I'm on it all of the time reading and posting updates. Definitely my top favorite and one of my favorite things about my phone. The Weather Channel also has an app, which is pretty self-explanatory, but it's so simple and loads so fast I use it multiple times per day. Next is a great little app which allows you to basically shop on your phone - it has thousands of stores' inventory stored and is very easy to navigate - first you type in the name of the store, then go through the category you want or just type in a keyword, and then you can either buy online directly from your phone, or email the item to yourself to buy from your computer. The app is simply called Shopping, and I definitely recommend downloading it - it even has Sephora!
